Ruth and Graham showed us their personality right away on the first contact: they are sweet and so so funny.

They sent us a very nice first e-mail with all the details for their wedding in Portugal and with a link for their wedding website.
As usual, the wedding website had the regular info with locations, transportation, venue, etc. and also a full page about their story.

We are always curious with how our couples met. We feel closer to them and with a better understanding of how they are with each other. There are no good or bad stories. Yours is the one that matters. And it’s unique.

The info about their story was amazing. They were both living abroad in Seattle and they met each other through a radio show. We were amazed, this story was epic!!

When we had our skype call, we asked them to tell us more about the way they met. And they just laughed out loud!!!. Yes, we are so naif!
They told is it was a synopses from a romantic movie from the 90’s, Sleepless in Seattle. With Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan. You cant get more “90’s romantic film” then that!
And we laughed back. :-)

That’s how these guys are.
Always playing and making jokes. Always laughing and making people laugh.

Ruth and Graham are from Ireland and decided to get married in Portugal. In one of their trips in Portugal, they chose the small family run wine estate of Quinta Sant’Ana (QSA) in Gradil, near Lisbon.
This place turned out perfect for them. With a lot of space for an energetic couple with a strong vintage vibe.

The venue is super authentic, you can fell that their main activity is the wine production and not just a wedding venue. They have farm animals, doves and the family dog (Chica) always joining in for cocktail 😉
The ceremony setting had the perfect view for the vineyards. Every guest was completely overwhelmed with the view and smell from the vines.

A Ruth e o Graham mostraram a sua personalidade logo no primeiro contacto que tivemos.

Enviaram-nos um primeiro e-mail muito bonito e detalhado, em que nele continha um link para o site do casamento.
No site do casamento tinha toda a informação normal como localizações, meios de transporte, etc. e ainda uma página com a história deles.
Nós ficamos sempre muito curiosos com a forma como os casais se conheceram. De alguma forma faz nos sentir mais próximos dos noivos quando sabemos mais sobre eles. Perguntamos sempre: como se conheceram?

Então no site, essa página contava como numa altura das suas vidas viveram em Seattle e que se conheceram através de um programa de rádio. A história era épica!!

Durante a nossa conversa por Skype, com muito curiosidade perguntámos mais sobre aquela história fantástica e eles soltaram uma gargalhada enorme. E ainda mais gargalhadas. Somos tão ingénuos!
A tal história era na realidade a sinopse do um filme dos anos 90, Sleepless in Seatle. E claro que nós soltamos gargalhadas juntamente com eles.

É assim que este casal é.
São muito brincalhões, com um sentido de humor incrível e sempre a sorrir e a rirem um com o outro.

A Ruth e o Graham são irlandeses e escolheram Portugal para casar. Foi durante uma das suas viagens pelo país que conheceram a Quinta de Vinhos chamada Quinta de Sant’Ana no Gradil, perto de Lisboa.
Este local revelou-se perfeito para eles, que são um casal muito energético e descontraído.

A Quinta de Sant’Ana é uma unidade agricola autêntica, quem a visita consegue sentir que a principal actividade é a produção de vinho e não apenas uma quinta de casamentos. Por lá encontramos animais como ovelhas, galinhas, pombas e a querida Chica, a cadela da família que se junta sempre aos convidados durante o cocktail 😉

O local da cerimónia é arrebatador com uma vista espectacular sobre as vinhas, o que deixa qualquer convidado maravilhado com a paisagem e com os aromas das uvas.
